Key Responsibilities

Act as an ambassador for the Wholesale and Consumer Direct departments to understand and articulate their hiring needs
Conduct meetings with department members to gather insights on candidate identification and sourcing strategies
Manage performance and communication while utilizing CRM and ATS for tracking the recruiting funnel



Required Qualifications

2+ years of recruiting experience in the mortgage industry, specifically in Wholesale and Consumer Direct
Strong headhunting and sourcing skills
High level of integrity and confidentiality
Ability to adapt to changes as needed
