The QA Specialist is responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and user requirements. Looking for an individual who&#39;s primary focus of their career has been testing. <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Duties:</B><br><ul>

<li>Reviews/analyzes data and documentation. </li><li>Familiar with a variety of Software Quality concepts, practices, and procedures. </li><li>Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. </li><li>Performs a variety of tasks including manual and automated testing and analysis of test results. </li><li>May lead and direct the work of others. </li><li>Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. </li><li>Their primary responsibilities will entail working within the UI, but they will occasionally need to query data directly and should be able to understand where data is breaking down at. </li><li>The individual in this position will need to be able to create charts and graphs, and have the ability to effectively communicate technical issues with teammates effectively and professionally.</li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Requirements:</B><br><ul>

<li>5 - 8 years of experience in the testing field and be very familiar with testing best practices. </li><li>May require an advanced degree and 5-8 years of direct experience in the field.</li><li>A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. </li><li>Must be familiar with Agile software development and able to work in a fast paced, iterative development environment. </li><li>Must have a background in reporting, Java, testing, and Agile. </li><li>Candidates must also have a background in mentoring. </li><li>Preferred experience: Experience with Selenium, Testing certifications (SQA/QA), experience with SQL. </li></ul>
