But from our perspective, we see things clearly.<br>&nbsp;<br>What will you do as a Talent Sourcer?<br>&nbsp;<br>The Talent Sourcer is responsible for making connections and developing relationships with IT professionals who may be a good fit for assignment with Modis&#39; clients.<br>&nbsp;<br>Create a high quality internal database with relevant pre-screened IT candidates<br>&nbsp;<br>Update existing candidate profiles with more current information<br>&nbsp;<br>Build a pipeline of candidates for skill sets that are needed repeatedly for client assignments within the branch<br>&nbsp;<br>Identify potential candidates that can be proactively marketed to open job requisitions<br>&nbsp;<br>Obtain and document sales leads from candidates who are contacted (a qualified lead is defined as a person who hires or manages IT personnel)<br>&nbsp;<br>What will prepare you for success as a Talent Sourcer?<br>&nbsp;<br>Must possess a Bachelor&#39;s Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.<br>&nbsp;<br>Candidates must possess exceptional communication and phone skills, a great personality, strong organization skills and a strong desire to succeed.<br>&nbsp;<br>Should have a high level understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)<br>&nbsp;<br>For more information please apply directly to this posting.<br></span> More...
