A company is looking for a Program Manager, Leave of Absence Benefits.



Key Responsibilities:

Interprets and administers multi-state LOA and time off programs and policies following applicable federal and state employment laws
Handle the LOA and Disability third-party vendors, including vendor assessments, workflow refinement, and day-to-day management
Coordinate Worker's Compensation leaves with the support of Zillow's Business Risk team


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in LOA and Time Off benefit administration
Experienced knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to leave of absence
Expertise in data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Solid experience using the Workday HRIS platform
