Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end projects for Strategic and Enterprise customers, including planning, execution, and post-launch support
Serve as the single point of contact for customers, coordinating meetings and managing project escalations
Track project performance and ensure high-quality outcomes while managing multiple complex projects simultaneously


Required Qualifications

7+ years of related experience in managing large-scale enterprise SaaS projects
Strong engineering background in fields such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering
Experience in building playbooks and improving delivery efficiency
Proficient understanding of API connections, SQL queries, and data transformation
