A company is looking for an Associate Technical Writer to join their Product Management Documentation team.



Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with Product Engineering teams to create task-based content for new features and products
Produce various documentation types, including user guides, installation instructions, and release notes
Support team initiatives to enhance existing content and potentially create instructional videos


Required Qualifications and Education

BA/BS degree in English, Technical Communications, Technical Writing, Communications, or Journalism
0 - 3 years of relevant experience or schooling
Familiarity with Office 365, MadCap Flare, and Camtasia preferred
Knowledge of accounting or corporate finance is a plus
