• An understanding of life cycle management
• Knowledge of defense contract type and the risk associated with each
• Ability to work with financial analysts to achieve all financial objectives for the program
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management techniques
• Strong communication skills both internal and customer facing
• Ability to lead cross functional teams (ie Engineering, Finance, Operations, etc.) in the execution of complex technical tasks
• Ability to develop and execute a program schedule and subsequently track status against that schedule
• Actively manage customer relationships to maintain a win-win of program execution and future business
• Program Management expertise in the related product area or domainPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams---------------------Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $138120 - $234840Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
