Vichara is a Financial Services focused products and services firm headquartered in NY, building systems for some of the largest i-banks and hedge funds in the world.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Sales Head for our Fixed Income IT Consulting services in LA, New York, and San Francisco.Role Sell multi-year offshore, near-shore, and onshore Consulting services in Capital Markets or (BFSI) Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance space. Build up a pipeline of opportunities to ensure that sales targets are met. Identify and target new business opportunities. Forecasting, preparing bids, negotiating, and managing the sales cycle.Qualifications Must have large deals experience selling outsourcing solutions in the Capital Markets sector. Extensive C-level contacts and experience at a senior level. Proven major wins of new multi-million Capital Markets Services / offshoring / outsourcing deals. Extensive and current experience of services / offshoring. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings.Additional InformationCompensation - 140K plus commissions and bonus up to 200K.
