Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Cloud Analyst at FROM, The Digital Transformation Agency. You will be working on our NFL Technology Team and reporting to NFL Leadership. The Cloud Analyst will be responsible for analyzing cloud computing systems, troubleshooting issues, managing databases, and supporting software development projects.

• Alert and notification management by reviewing, triage, and routing of:---

• Alerts from CSPM---

• Alerts from cloud providers---
• Helps to implement cloud security alerting and monitoring controls---
• Integrate with ISO/SecOps tools and processes (i.e. XSOAR)---
• First line of contact for Cloud Security related matters---
• Helps maintain cloud account/subscription inventories and associated contacts
