A company is looking for a Banking & Reconciliation Supervisor responsible for managing operational finance activities across all benefits products.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee timely payment and reimbursement activities for participants and clients
Supervise the Finance Operations team, providing coaching and development
Manage daily and monthly funding activities, including reconciliations and participant refunds


Required Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage in a dynamic environment
Technical knowledge of Third Party Administration regulatory requirements
Prior experience with accounting systems, preferably Quickbooks Online
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
