Key Responsibilities

Drive the growth and development of the Talent Acquisition team in alignment with the company's mission and values
Oversee the talent acquisition process, technology, and analytics to support the broader people and talent strategy
Achieve hiring targets by managing direct talent acquisition activities and a team of internal specialists


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or a relevant field
Minimum of 10 years of healthcare Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
Proven success as a Talent Acquisition director or in a similar position
Experience designing best-in-class talent acquisition and sourcing strategies in healthcare
