A company is looking for a Senior Settlement Accountant to manage merchant payment processing and reconciliation.



Key Responsibilities

Reconcile daily Merchant Settlement files from processors TSYS and Worldpay
Prepare cash and internal journal entries for Settlement processes and perform monthly reconciliations of General Ledger accounts
Assist with process improvements and implementation of automated processes across the organization


Required Qualifications and Education

7+ years of experience in Settlement Accounting within financial operations and card processing payment industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience with TSYS, Econnections, and/or Worldpay
Familiarity with Netsuite
Associates Degree in Accounting
