Services are held at district/charter schools, preschools, daycare centers, head starts and in the child's home. Job Description : Therapists will provide mandated speech-language therapy services to preschool and/or school-age students as mandated on the IEP. Clinicians will keep daily session notes and write IEP annual progress reports for their students, as per DOE protocol.
