Join us!RESPONSIBILITIES: - Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.
- Gather and organize data in order to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.
- Prepare documentation for the tracking, monitoring, and escalation of risk related issues to management.
- Act as an ambassador of the risk culture.
- Design the application of machine learning and AI tools to data automation projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify new solutions to data control issues.
- Provide technical expertise supporting data analytics and automation projects, to support a global business controls team.
- Liaise with various control functions in Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Human Resources to secure data, analyze current processes, identify potential improvements, develop strategies to implement change, and manage implementation.
- Analyze, interpret, and report data from core business controls tools, including Alteryx and Tableau, and leverage the data to identify and drive resolution of potential issues related to gaps and discrepancies in data, and create efficiencies using automation.
- Use shell scripting and Python to contribute to data automation processes.
- Develop, produce, and distribute senior management reporting related to the program.
