Assistant Director of Nursing - Long-Term Care We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our team. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting with management responsibilities, maintaining quality care, and ensuring compliance. This position comes with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

• Assist with maintaining the quality of care and wound/skin rounds
• Oversee compliance and effective communication with nursing staff
• Coordinate and direct nursing services planning
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with staff hiring and orientation
• 24-hour on-call responsibilities and flexibility with work schedule Requirements:
  • Current State RN license
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Long-Term Care settings
  • 2 years of management experience preferred
  • 1-year staff education experience preferred
