Job Description David Yurman Summer 2025 Internship The David Yurman Internship Program in New York City is a paid 10-week immersive experience designed for students and emerging professionals passionate about the luxury jewelry industry. This exclusive program offers interns the opportunity to work closely with expert teams across various departments. Interns will gain hands-on experience in crafting exquisite jewelry, understanding the intricacies of luxury branding, and learning the operational aspects of a world-renowned brand. Set in the heart of NYC, interns will also have access to networking events, mentorship, and industry insights that foster professional growth in the competitive luxury market. Program Dates June 2nd, 2025- August 8th, 2025 Title Merchandising Intern Reporting Into Assistant Manager, Merchandising Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Market Support Files Management: Maintain and update Men's and Women's market support files, ensuring all information is accurate and accessible for team use.
- DY Signature Line Plan Management: Oversee the management of the DY Signature Line Plan, coordinating with relevant teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Weekly Reporting and Data Cleansing: Produce weekly reports on product performance and conduct thorough data cleansing of product attribute information to maintain data integrity and facilitate informed decision-making.
- Understand merchandising systems such as PLM and how they are used to complete day-to-day functions and tasks
- Manage premium collection line plans to understand their importance cross-functionally in addition to updating client facing product assets and certificates
- Assist with the upcoming market by completing platform audits, systematic changes, and sub-class categorization Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Proactive, eager to learn, and collaborative individuals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education
