Our client, a nationwide manufacturer of commercial plastic products, has an immediate need for an experienced Sample Coordinator, to join their winning team in Plattsburgh.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for processing Sample Requests made by Sales/Customers. You will create the Samples manually in the sample area. They will package, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process Orders for Samples
Manually insert linings into caps
Maintain Quality on all Sample Caps
Package, process and ship all Samples to customers
Communicate with Sales Department and Distributors on status of Samples and requests
Provide Clerical Paperwork for all Sample Requests from start to finish.
Update Computer Spread Sheets and Forms Accurately
Perform Job Functions According to Safety and Quality Standards



KEY REQUIREMENTS:

Good Communication Skills
Able to Multitask
Must have Good Organizational Skills
Must have good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Power Shop, Outlook, Sales Software etc---)
Time Management Skills
Team Oriented
