Key Responsibilities

Lead the FP&A process, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
Analyze financial performance and develop actionable insights for operational efficiency


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles
3+ years of experience in retail, ecommerce, or commercial hardware
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Vena and NetSuite a plus
