LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Metro Park, NJ. Responsibilities - Coordination with local power utility companies for new/upgrades of electrical service
- Electrical system analysis and calculations
- Design of electrical power, control, and lighting systems from service to load
- Design of fire alarm systems and low voltage systems
- Service room layout, utility conduit coordination, grounding and lighting protection
- Prepare design narrative and feasibility reports
- Electrical & fire alarm field surveys, inspections, and punch lists
- Use engineering and design computer software to complete assigned work (i.e. Autodesk Revit MEP & AutoCAD)
Qualifications - Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10 years of relevant design experience
- PE License in New York required.
- Able to meet strict deadlines and work well under pressure
- Ability to multi-task on several projects at once
