Position Description


Company is seeking a Vial Fill Technician I to operate and maintain production equipment, including non-sterile filling machines, packaging, and labeling equipment. This role is integral to ensuring efficient operations and compliance with GMP and SOP standards. Responsibilities include:

Operating production equipment to perform non-sterile filling and packaging tasks.
Cleaning and maintaining equipment, parts, and work areas according to prescribed procedures.
Handling raw materials, verifying their readiness for use, and ensuring accurate measurements.
Inspecting, tagging, and properly documenting rejected materials.
Identifying and resolving equipment issues, including troubleshooting malfunctions.
Following safety protocols, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensuring a safe working environment.
Completing required production documentation accurately and promptly.


This role demands precision, adherence to protocols, and teamwork to maintain high-quality standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing.



Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment performing similar duties.
Skills:
Knowledge of pharmaceutical production practices and procedures.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
Familiarity with standard operating procedures and aseptic techniques.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
