A company is looking for a Director, Post Closing to lead their mortgage post-closing operations.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the Wire Desk, Delivery, Transaction Management, Investor Resolution, and Asset Disposition teams
Monitor daily production and establish performance metrics for various groups within Capital Markets
Create effective working relationships with Post Closing leaders and manage high-risk loan resolutions


Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in mortgage banking, with a minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within Post Closing
In-depth knowledge of origination loan documents, compliance requirements, and investor delivery standards
Expertise in various loan origination requirements, including Conventional, FHA, and VA loans
Experience in staffing and compensation planning, as well as developing leaders within the team
