Position Overview:

• Assist the unit manager in supervising, coordinating, educating, and managing nursing personnel to maintain consistent standards of practice and competencies in patient care delivery on a designated shift.
• Understand and align with the organization's needs, values, and management of patient care services.Experience Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a nursing-related area required
  • 1 year of experience in education - teaching and facilitating learning required
  • Preferred 1 year of leadership experienceEducation Requirement:
    Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
    
    Licensure/Certification Requirements:
    • Must be a Registered Nurse
    • Obtain national certification in nursing within 1 year of hireWork Schedule:
      Evening/Night shifts.
      
      Weekend and Call Requirements:
      • Weekend availability as needed
