Job Title: Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer
The Registered Cardiovascular Sonographer is responsible for demonstrating proficiency in the use of Ultrasound equipment to visualize and record quality images of the Cardiovascular system. Key responsibilities include:

• Performing high-quality ultrasound exams to visualize and record images of the Cardiovascular system
  
• Understanding the needs of the organization and supporting the mission, values, and management of the division of Cardiovascular Services
  
• Working with state-of-the-art equipment to perform both normal and abnormal cardiovascular anatomy/physiology and pathophysiology
  
  Requirements
  
  
  
  • 1 year of clinical experience in Ultrasound
    
  • Graduate degree in Cardiac Ultrasound and Peripheral Vascular Ultrasound, or Associate's degree in Cardiovascular Sonography, or equivalent education and experience
    
  • Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer and Registered Peripheral Vascular Technologist certifications, and Basic Life Support and/or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
    
    Work Schedule
    
    
    
    • Every other Saturday (2nd and 4th Saturday of each month), 6:30am - 7:00pm
      
    • Every other weekend
      
    • No call requirements
