About the Role:Triangle Springs, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the organization's mission to deliver exceptional healthcare services.Key Responsibilities: - Support the organization's philosophy of care by delivering patient-centered care that prioritizes the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our patients.
- Coordinate and deliver quality nursing care to patients, ensuring that medical orders are followed and treatment plans are initiated and followed through.
- Act as a patient advocate at all times, promoting patient autonomy and dignity.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing training.
- Current unencumbered license to practice by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days of employment and prior to any patient contact.Preferred Experience:
- Previous experience in a psychiatric healthcare facility, with direct experience working with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, and geriatric patients.
