This role requires a unique blend of clinical expertise, communication skills, and business acumen.Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize comprehensive nursing skills to assess and advise patients and their families, developing a plan of care based on their developmental and healthcare needs.
• Apply established medical protocols to provide phone advice, education, and triage within a full spectrum of acuity.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure exceptional patient experience and outcomes.Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a nursing-related area, with 3 years preferred.
  • Graduate nursing degree required, with a Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
