As a Clinical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care. This plan will be based on the patient's developmental and healthcare needs, identified through assessment and physician orders.Key Responsibilities

• Implement and evaluate individualized plans of care for patients and families.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure informed decision-making.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.Requirements
  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • Registered Nurse licensure required.
