A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (Telehealth) to provide nursing and administrative support remotely.



Key Responsibilities

Receive and make inbound and outbound calls to patients
Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients via phone or patient portal
Provide administrative support related to FMLA, ADA, and LTD/STD for patients and providers


Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse with unencumbered e-NCL licensure
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Adult Nursing
Oncology nursing experience preferred
Experience with Electronic Medical Records (e.g., EPIC, Cerner, Greenway)
