A company is looking for a Manager of Health Plans Commissions and Operations.



Key Responsibilities

Calculate and process monthly commissions for agent/agency partners in Medicare lines of business
Develop and manage commission strategies in accordance with CMS guidelines and ensure accuracy prior to payment releases
Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate commission payments while auditing for under or overpayments



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
3+ years of experience in commissions, audit, QC, or payroll processing
Knowledge of CMS commission guidance and processes
Experience in managing and leading a team
