Key Responsibilities:

Oversee team performance and provide subject matter expertise in healthcare experience
Monitor agent productivity and conduct quality assurance through call monitoring
Conduct performance evaluations and manage training for new hires



Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Minimum 3 years of supervisory or lead experience in a call center environment
High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge of Medicare Managed Care / Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug Plans
Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required
