Description:Description: Join the Arcadia Beverage team as a 3rd Shift Maintenance Technician! You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage manufacturing facility during overnight hours from 10pm to 6:30am. This position involves performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment to minimize downtime and maintain optimal production efficiency. - Conduct routine maintenance tasks on production machinery and equipment according to established schedules.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components to ensure continuous operation of production lines.
- Utilize maintenance management software to log work orders, document repairs, and maintain equipment history records.
- Collaborate with production supervisors to prioritize maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to production schedules.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and production lines.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment for oneself and others.
- Participate in training sessions and stay updated on new technologies and best practices in maintenance and manufacturing.
- Perform general housekeeping and 4S standards.
- Perform other duties as assignedRequirements:What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years' experience with PLC and industrial electrical experience required.
- Experience with packaging/high speed production (e.g., bottling, consumer products, etc.)
- Experience with hydraulic systems (high pressure cylinders, pumps, valves, troubleshooting).
- Experience with compressors/ammonia systems (e.g., refrigeration systems).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications an ability to grasp additional business-related applications.Physical Requirements:
