Allied Universal is seeking dedicated full-time and part-time Armed Security Guards in Marion NC for immediate hire. Join a team committed to security excellence, as you'll be responsible for patrolling the inside and outside areas of Marion CI This role does not require interaction with inmate. $21 / hour All shifts available.Experience in armed security, corrections, military, or law enforcement is a plus, enhancing the ability to succeed in the role.We also offer a $2,000 hiring bonus for individuals with an active Armed NCPPSB guard card. Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving mannerConduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.Minimum Requirements:
  Be at least 21 years of age for armed rolesPossess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experienceAs a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
