    Patient Diagnoses
    
    Our unit primarily cares for stroke patients but also manages cases involving possible neurosurgery, epilepsy, traumatic and non-traumatic subdural hematomas, and more.

    • 4-bed Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU) at an intermediate level with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
      
    • 42 daily census with 43 rooms/beds

        • Minimum 1 year of MedSurg experience
          
        • At least 1 year of travel experience (2 years preferred)
          
        • Skills: IV Start, Telemetry, Interpretation and Management of Dysrhythmias, Med/Surg Neuro Experience
          
        • Certifications: BCLS, NIH, NIHSS, ACLS (preferred, not required)
