  • Shift: Nights, 36 or 48 hours per week (No overtime billed until after 48 hours)
    
  • Contract Length: Up to mid-March to cover the holiday season
    
  • Patient Ratios: 1:4
    
  • Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
    
  • Float Requirement: Travelers float first; potential to float to a lower level of care with adjusted patient ratios
    
  • Storm/Hurricane Team: Contract staff may be required to work during catastrophic events, mass casualties, or disasters
    
    
    Requirements
    
    
    
    
    • Minimum 1 year of experience
      
    • Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
      
    • EKG Testing: Must pass prior to start
      
      
      Preferred Qualifications
      
      
      
      
      • Charge nurse and telemetry experience
        
      • Experience with stable trached ventilator management and pressor support

        • Systems: EPIC and Pyxis for medication, documentation, and communication
          
        • Scheduling: Self-scheduling
