Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall Fair Lending program, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Perform statistical analyses of lending practices and monitor data from the HMDA program
Oversee fair lending training programs and respond to inquiries regarding fair lending issues


Required Qualifications

Advanced knowledge and experience in statistical analysis and fair lending regression analysis
Experience with HMDA LAR data handling
In-depth knowledge of state and federal fair lending and UDAAP laws
4+ years of regulatory compliance experience with a focus on fair lending
