A company is looking for an Atlassian Engineer (100% Remote).



Key Responsibilities

Manage, customize, and optimize the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira Software Cloud, Jira Service Management Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Bitbucket Cloud
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and implement effective solutions
Monitor and optimize tool performance, security, and backups, while providing training and documentation to end-users


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related IT discipline or equivalent industry experience
5+ years of experience with administration of Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Bitbucket Cloud
Experience customizing Jira workflows and managing multiple projects
Familiarity with system APIs for integrations and familiarity with ITIL or similar Change Management methodologies
Atlassian Certification and familiarity with Atlassian Rovo is preferred More...
