We are looking for a:
Customer Service Representative

GENERAL SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the industrial warehouse field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to customer needs in a timely manner and following up with them to ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve their needs.



Required Skills:

Minimum of three years experience in the Customer Service field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills

Responsibilities:
Customer Support- Answer customer phone calls and inquiries promptly and professionally, resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently.
Order Processing- Process customer orders and returns accurately and efficiently
Customer Relationship Management- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying and addressing customer needs and concerns
Administrative Support- Process sample requests and follow up on customer activities and assist sales representatives with customer support activities.

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Salary:
$24-$26/hr.
