A company is looking for a Head of Recruiting to oversee the recruitment process and lead a team of recruiters.



Key Responsibilities

Oversee the applicant process flow, ensuring compliance and managing candidate communications
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
Supervise and mentor a team of recruiters, setting performance goals and conducting regular team meetings


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of seven years' experience in full cycle recruiting, with at least three years in a leadership role
Proven track record of filling high-level and specialized positions
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software, with Workday experience required
