A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Business Operations Compliance.



Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage a comprehensive compliance management program
Facilitate and manage audits, including vendor and client audits
Analyze contracts for compliance with regulatory standards and assist in drafting legal agreements


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Law, or related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in compliance, auditing, or operational quality control
Strong understanding of regulations affecting the automotive finance and titling industry preferred
Experience with SOC I and II compliance and related frameworks
