Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an understanding of digital products and learning science
Utilize Salesforce and Gainsight for managing sales pipelines and customer tracking

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
1-2 years of experience in customer success or software implementation
Experience using Salesforce and Gainsight is preferred
