Key Responsibilities

Establish and oversee credit policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with the bank's objectives
Chair the Credit Committee and provide reporting and analytics to various committees
Manage all lending operations, including collections and fraud activities, while ensuring compliance with regulations


Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; advanced degree and certifications are a plus
20+ years of broad-based consumer and commercial banking experience, with senior executive leadership experience
Extensive experience in a highly regulated environment and direct interaction with regulators and boards
In-depth knowledge of credit strategy design and execution focused on risk-balanced asset growth
