Key Responsibilities

Leads the enrollment team to achieve new patient consent goals and manages daily performance metrics
Determines hiring needs, trains, and schedules Enrollment Specialists to meet campaign objectives
Monitors team performance, provides updates to leadership, and ensures high job satisfaction and morale among team members



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or extensive compensating experience
Experience in chronic care management and remote patient monitoring is a plus
