This full-time position will focus on providing high-quality care for patients with pelvic health conditions and lymphedema across both pediatric and adult populations. Our clinic prioritizes 60-minute, one-on-one treatment sessions to ensure personalized, patient-centered care, which allows for optimal outcomes and strong therapeutic relationships. The ideal candidate has an interest in both pediatric and adult pelvic health and lymphedema rehabilitation. Pediatric experience is preferred but not required. • Patient Care: Conduct evidence-based evaluations and provide comprehensive treatments for pelvic health and lymphedema conditions in both pediatric and adult populations.
• Diagnostic Testing: Perform diagnostic tests as needed to assess patient conditions and inform treatment plans.
• Mentorship & Education: Provide supervision and education to graduate Physical Therapy students and clinical fellows/residents, contributing to the development of innovative care programs.
• Clinical Evaluation: Regularly assess diagnostic and therapeutic test results to modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients. Facilitate communication among interdisciplinary teams for continuity of care.
• Community Involvement: Serve as a clinical resource and participate in outreach initiatives that focus on underserved populations. Engage with community programs such as our food bank and advocacy committees to promote health and wellness.
• Professional Participation: Actively contribute to departmental meetings and training sessions, supporting the quality and consistency of clinical care within the department.
