About this role Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Program Manager to oversee and enhance our supply chain processes, ensuring the efficient delivery of products to our customers. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in operations management, with a strong focus on supply chain logistics and program delivery. You will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and optimize our processes, improving customer satisfaction and overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Program Management: Lead and manage operations programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to streamline operations and reduce costs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including procurement, production, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of products.
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis tools to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive decision-making.
- Supplier Management: Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on operations and customer satisfaction.
- Project Tracking: Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status reports, ensuring transparency and accountability across all stakeholders.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members on best practices in operations and supply chain management.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- 7+ years of experience in operations management, with a strong emphasis on supply chain and logistics.
