Key Responsibilities

Manage survey and intake requirements for customer experience projects, including documentation and implementation
Analyze feedback data and create reports and dashboards using Power BI and other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and track customer experience metrics and strategies



Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree relevant to the duties
2+ years of experience in survey design, customer journey mapping, and data analysis
Experience with SaaS platforms, particularly Qualtrics
