<span>Modis is seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to participate in the success of multiple projects. &nbsp;The successful candidate will be a strong team player, able to react quickly and demonstrated success in delivering quality, high performing analysis. &nbsp;They will also need to exhibit the ability to deliver integrated solutions across multiple teams.<br>&nbsp;<br>Job Description <br>The business systems consultant will support the Foundational Data enterprise data warehouse technical team in all areas of analytic and operational activities including, but not limited to, data analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, coordination, process management, and testing. He or she will partner with technical, analytical, and business resources to ensure all parties&rsquo; needs are met most effectively. This resource will possess a high attention to detail, will have solid technical writing skills, and will be self-directed. He or she will be supporting the Foundational Data team including enterprise projects and back-filling resources. <br>&nbsp;<br>Basic Requirements <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;7+ years of experience in business systems analysis <br>&nbsp;<br>Minimum Requirements <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of experience and data analysis in a data warehouse environment including querying large sets of data <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;5+ years of experience technical writing including process documentation, reference guides, and requirements <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3+ years of testing experience in a data warehouse environment including writing test plans/scripts, coordinating testing activity, and performing testing <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;3+ years of process coordination including scheduling meetings, monitoring action plans, and escalating issues <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Proven experience designing systems development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and documenting the process flows, instructions, and checklists for the team to follow. <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must be able to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Must pay close attention to detail and be self-directed <br>&nbsp;<br>Preferred Requirements <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with customer or party data in the financial services industry <br>&bull; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Experience with master data programs <br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br></span> More...
