<span>Modis has an immediate job opening for a Reporting and Analytics Consultant with one of our premier clients in Charlotte, NC. This job opportunity is supporting Data and Analytics within the organization. &nbsp;We are seeking a &quot;hands on&quot; Reporting and Analytics Consultant with a strong background in consulting and analytics. <br>&nbsp;<br><B>Primary Responsibilities:</B><br><ul>

<li>Responsible for consulting with Operations and / or clients in order to help define reporting solutions. </li><li>Advises customers on reporting tools capabilities and best practices in response to client value-drivers and/or current business challenges. </li><li>Coaching junior consultants, identifying business requirements, management, functional design, prototyping process, design (including scenario design flow mapping) testing, training, defining support procedures and supporting implementations. </li><li>Must have strong SQL/Analytics skills. Would prefer someone with a variety of reporting tools such as Qlikview, Tableau, Business objects, etc. </li><li>Conduct regularly-scheduled reviews to ensure Operations and clients are receiving the right data at the right time to support their business and client value propositions. </li><li>Facilitate meetings and presents reporting and data solutions to Operational counterparts and external clients both prospective new and existing. </li><li>Serves as a lead resource for interpreting data and information; communicates results to Operations and/or clients and makes recommendations. </li><li>Provide consultative support to business partners on appropriate use of data the application of reporting and quality assurance standards. </li><li>Operates as the primary contact between the business and the reporting team responsible for delivering reporting solutions. </li><li>Assesses reporting needs; provides recommendations for enhanced solutions and matches needs to Reporting tools and capabilities. </li><li>Works with customers to provide consultation on the best use and interpretation of information as well as limitations. </li><li>Works with Reporting and Information Technology team members to communicate requirements and ensure delivery of quality Reporting solutions. </li></ul>

&nbsp;<br><B>Desired Qualifications:</B><br><ul>

<li>5-6 years of experience in reporting metrics development and data analysis required </li><li>Strong knowledge of reimbursement and PAP operational programs and / or pharmaceutical sales and marketing business disciplines </li><li>Background in report development standards and methodologies. </li><li>Experience leading teams in a consulting/advisory atmosphere </li><li>Strong knowledge of key business processes and drivers </li><li>Strong client-facing customer service orientation and communication skills </li><li>Strong knowledge of healthcare data in general and reimbursement data </li><li>Expertise with reporting tools and capabilities </li><li>Familiarity with the following or related technologies: Business Objects Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services SharePoint and data warehousing concepts. </li></ul>
