Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required (A degree in Finance, accounting, or economics is preferred.) plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period of time. Responsibilities for this Position Developing mission-critical systems that help keep people safe is what we do. As a seasoned leader, you'll be a subject matter expert in production planning and material requirements tools, sharing your knowledge with others in the organization. We'll rely on you to develop detailed schedules, production plans and capacity plans along with complex bills of material for large programs. The Advanced Manufacturing Planning Specialist will review work authorization documents and generate material program plans and coordinate kick-off meetings with functional departments to communicate program goals and objectives. Collects/Analyzes data using a combination of standard methods and business processes. Develops and maintains Control Account Plan (CAP) including Planned Value (PV), aka Budgeted Cost for Work Scheduled (BCWS). Monitors and tracks control of costs charged to control account Actual Cost of Work Performed (ACWP). Reports work accomplished, Budgeted Cost Work Performed (BCWP) based on material Earned Value (EV) method to plan and forecast.What you'll experience: - Technologies that aren't just top-notch, they're often top-secret
