Business Development Director - (Building) Role: Business Development Director - (Building)Location: Atlanta & CharlotteSalary: $Neg depending on experience Hamilton Mayer International is proudly working with one of America's formidable players in the construction market. Our specific focus will be identifying top talent on behalf of the Building Division who require a Business Development Director with a successful track record driving growth with a core focus on the private sector, as well as local/state clients. We are seeking individuals with excellent relationships with developers and end users. THE ROLE: - The 5-year plan for the business is to bring two individuals, one for Charlotte and another for Atlanta regions.
- Will have fantastic relationships with architects and developers.
- Core markets of focus include: Mission Critical/Data Centers, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Life Sciences.
- Immediate requirement from executive leadership is that both the Atlanta and Charlotte offices will be hitting $200m million a year revenue and these appointments will be a clear catalyst for growth over the coming years.
- Identify, evaluate and document potential clients and opportunities.
- Track, manage, prioritize and develop win strategies for potential opportunities, ensuring they meet company objectives and targets.
- Develop relationships and structure teaming approaches with regional design firms and contractors.
- Actively guide, participate, and assist with Qualifications and Proposals development.
- Assist teaming efforts for Joint Ventures and Design Build Projects.
- Enthusiastically participate and assist with internal processes and approvals as necessary for bidding.
- Think outside the box to offer clients new approaches, ideas and strategies suited to the company's strengths.
- Become a member and be active with multiple relevant organizations in the region.KEY EXPERIENCE:
