This role is perfect for a dynamic, customer-focused professional with a passion for technology, problem-solving, and collaboration. As a Team Solutions Engineer, you will partner with field Solutions Engineers to expand capacity for strategic initiatives, deepen engagement with key accounts, and uncover new business opportunities. By enabling the SE team to focus on high-impact priorities, you will contribute to increased customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Job Responsibilities: - Sales Enablement & Support
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineers to conduct meetings, support key accounts, and assist with technical pre-sales activities.
- Deliver impactful product demonstrations, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Streamline processes and enhance team efficiency to ensure sales and engineering teams achieve their goals.
- Partner Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with solution partners across the region.
- Facilitate regular communications to ensure alignment on goals, share product updates, and identify new collaboration opportunities.
- Organize and implement partner roadshows, including planning logistics, preparing presentations, and following up post-event to strengthen engagement.
- Operational Excellence
- Generate and analyze multi-location coverage reports to identify service gaps and support optimization efforts.
- Manage Static IP Requests to ensure partners and customers have the vital network resources.
- Product Demonstrations
- Take ownership of delivering compelling solution demonstrations to prospects and existing customers.
- Create and manage demo environments that effectively showcase product capabilities.
- Address technical inquiries, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for customers.
- Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)
- Bachelor's Degree STEM area of study strongly preferred. (Required)
- Work Experience:
- 2-4 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external contacts in a matrix environment. (Required)
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Technical Leadership (Required)
- Project Management (Preferred)
- Communication Excellent oral and written communications; strong interpersonal skills. (Required)
- Sales Experience with Sales Methodologies. (Preferred)
- Applications Proficiency with business application software. (Required)
- Strategic Leadership Ability to provide strategic direction in a leadership role. (Required)
- Technical Presentations Ability to create and deliver technical presentations. (Required)
