For additional information, please visit .Come join The NRP team as a Vice-President of Business Development in the Southeast Region!Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled and experienced business developer who can develop and identify direct leads to 3rd party general contracting opportunities in the multi-family industry. In developing leads that can become new business, this position will work closely with preconstruction leaders in providing both the tangible and intangible deliverables that are sought by potential clients. This position takes the lead in developing and managing client relationships in ways consistent with NRP values and business goals. This key position requires a high level of self-initiative and creativity in sourcing and building new client relationships and business.Key Responsibilities:
- Source new opportunities to provide new business and bid proposals to current and new clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate Bid Meetings and Bid Deliverables
- Coordinate Closing Tasks
- Manage and report on 3rd Party budget expenditures
